CANCELLATIONS

Bookings must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of the arrival date.

In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 1 nights' stay will be charged.  In case of group bookings of four or more rooms, the cancellation policy is 7 days.  All cancellation must be received via fax, e-mail or letter, as verbal cancellation will not be accepted.

Credit card is required as a guarantee and a pre authorization will be taken. We will need to verify the card on check in. Third party bookings must be verified before arrival and all the necessary authorization forms must be filled in.

SECURE BOOKING ON LINE

We are committed to protecting your privacy and take our responsibilities regarding the security of your credit card information very seriously. St George Hotel Ltd, provide our online booking capability through The Queensborough Group. When making a booking, your credit card information is sent to the Q-Book booking system via their secure server. They use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details so that your credit or debit card details cannot be read as they travel over the internet.

Your credit card information is then held in The Queensborough Group's secure database for a period of time to allow us to process your booking. Your credit card data will be held no longer than 30 days after the end of the month of your departure from our hotel. To prevent unauthorised access and use of your information, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of your information, as required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. Your credit card information can only be exchanged between you, The Queensborough Group, and us.
