In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 1 nights' stay will be charged. In case of group bookings of four or more rooms, the cancellation policy is 7 days. All cancellation must be received via fax, e-mail or letter, as verbal cancellation will not be accepted.

Your credit card data will be held no longer than 30 days after the end of the month of your departure from our hotel. Your credit card information can only be exchanged between you, The Queensborough Group, and us.
